In 2019, Sakshi moved to Ottawa where she began practicing as a Resident Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.

In 2022, Sakshi became a Registered Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.

Growing up, Sakshi’s ambition was to be a part of the healthcare industry and contribute to her community. Sakshi has always been fascinated by the field of physiotherapy and its ability as a healthcare service to assist individuals in improving their physical capabilities and empowering them to accomplish more in their daily lives.

She loves to plan and execute things since her undergraduate days. These days, this skill is used every day as she plans day-to-day life for her young son.

She enjoys walking around Ottawa, with her favourite walk being down in the ByWard Market on a nice spring evening.

Sakshi Arora loves to listen to Arijit Singh and Bollywood music. She has seen the movie Shiddat many times and loves to watch the TV show Friends. Her favourite book is Things My Son Should Know About the World by Fredrik Backman. Her favourite food to cook is Dal Makhani, and her last vacation was a trip home to India.

Kartik holds a Masters in Kinesiology and Recreation Sciences from The University of Manitoba and another Masters degree in Sports Physiotherapy from Guru Nanak Dev University, India. Kartik is certified in Mulligan’s technique of Manual Therapy. In addition to Kartik’s’ formal education and professional accolades, he has a passion for treating pain at the source and to provide a healthy pain free lifestyle to his patients. In his personal life, Kartik loves spending time with his lovely family, travelling, working out and following soccer.
